Msambweni House

Family owned and run, Msambweni House is located on Kenya’s south coast, set on a quiet white sandy, palm fringed private beach.  Surrounded by many acres of natural bush land, set on a cliff and enclosed by a coral wall, Msambweni offers fabulous views over the Indian Ocean. The architecture is Lamu style, with whitewashed walls and spacious airy rooms allowing the sea breeze to blow through.

Accommodation & Facilities
There are three spacious suites in the main house, and a luxury tented room and three ‘Lamu’ villas in the gardens.  Each suite is air-conditioned, and has an en-suite bathroom with a sunken bath and a private verandah, while the tented room has a ceiling fan and a shower. The villas have two bedrooms, their own private pools, and staff.  The main house has a large infinity pool overlooking the ocean and a winding access path to the beach.

Activities
Msambweni has many activities to offer including snorkelling, fishing, kitesurfing and windsurfing, mountain biking, massage and beauty treatments.  Nearby, there is a golf course, tennis, scuba diving, motorised water sports and deep sea fishing.  Alternatively, you can head to nearby Kisite Marine Park for snorkelling and diving with sea turtles, or experience swimming with dolphins at nearby Wasini.
