The Seychelles
An uspoilt beach paradise
The Seychelles is made up of more than a hundred islands liberally sprinkled across thousands of square miles of the Indian Ocean, a little south of the Equator, and miles from anywhere. It’s a lush wilderness of pristine palm-fringed beaches, rocky green nature reserves and a magical marine world. This is a superb choice for a holiday removed from the rest of the world in an unspoilt paradise. More than half the land mass is protected in national parks.
The reefs, crystal clear seas, and rich marine life in the Outer Islands provide sensational scuba diving, snorkelling, as well as world-renowned fly-fishing.
The hotels are often small and sensitive to their surroundings and mainly emphasise relaxation, informality, and simplicity. Ideal for a romantic getaway, the Seychelles can be appreciated on a long, relaxing holiday at a single resort or further explored by island hopping.
We Recommend…
Visiting Denis Island to snorkel amongst baby turtles and explore the island by bike or on a guided nature walk. Children will love to meet the island’s resident giant tortoise.
