Jozibanini Camp

Jozibanini is a very remote camp in southern Hwange National Park. Its original purpose was accommodation for staff who looked after the many water pumps in this isolated wilderness region of the vast park, and it is well located under some huge camel thorns

Accommodation & Facilities
Jozibanini has just five simple walk-in safari tents built on platforms, with open-air en-suite bathrooms and bucket showers. The beds are on wheels and can be rolled out onto the deck so guests can sleep under the stars. Meals and drinks are mostly enjoyed outside by the campfire or in the shade of the camelthorns, and lighting is all by oil lamp or solar battery. With no electricity or mobile signal and limited wifi, this is a blissful switch-off destination.

Experience & Activities
Guests can enjoy a change of pace at Jozibanini, with  quiet observation and easy walks being a bit part of a stay here. Although wildlife drives in open vehicles are a great way to see the wildlife,  Jozibanini lends itself to tracking big wildlife on foot, and nature trails and leisurely afternoons in the sunken hide watching the wildlife at the waterhole. Mountain biking is also a wonderful way to explore the area.
