Nomad Private Beach Villas

Three secluded Private villas are set in the grounds of The Sands at Nomad Resort and are a tranquil and discreet getaway in 26 acres of pristine coastal forest on the south coast of Kenya. Each villa has uninterrupted view and access to the beach and is the perfect escape for friends and families traveling together.

Accommodation & Facilities
The air-conditioned villas are a contemporary mix of nature, Swahili architecture, and antique Arabic furniture. Each four- to six-bedroom villa has its own private pool, dining area, living space, and ensuite bedrooms.

Experience & Activities
Guests at The Sands at Nomad can enjoy a wide range of activities, including a spa, watersports centre, yoga sessions, guided forest walks, tennis courts, and access to a nearby golf course. There is also an on-site PADI and SSI dive centre offering excursions for all experience levels.

The largest of the villas, Fisherman’s House has six bedrooms and generous private dining areas set against whitewashed walls.

Beach House
Designed in traditional colonial style, the four-bedroom Beach House sits just steps from the sand and features a large private pool and sweeping coastal views.

Family Cottage
A renovated fisherman’s house and the most modern in style, the six-bedroom Family Cottage offers a relaxed atmosphere and ample outdoor space.
