Suyian Lodge

Suyian Lodge is in 44,000-acre wilderness of Suyian Ranch in the Laikipia region of northern Kenya. The lodge overlooks the Rock Sanctuary, a landscape of undulating granite kopjes with a rich history and some ancient rock art. The Ewaso Narok River and Mount Kenya can be seen in the distance too.

Accommodation & Facilities
Suyian Lodge has 13 huge rooms and one family room with two bedrooms. The rooms have en-suite bathrooms, inside and outside showers, plunge pools, fans, a lounge with a day bed and fireplace, and a kettle and fridge. The main lodge has a dining room, bar, lounge, outside terrace, shared pool, wine cellar, and plenty of spaces for relaxing.

Wildlife & Activities
The unfenced ranch is home to lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s and common zebra, and plenty of antelopes and birds. Suyian Lodge offers a lovely variety of activities including day and night wildlife drives, walking safaris, camel and horse riding safaris, active ranching tours, and fishing. The culture of the local people can be explored on a village visit, and guests can enjoy outdoor yoga, scenic helicopter flights, wellness treatments, and riverside picnics, some of which are at additional cost.
