Ngare Serian

Ngare Serian is tucked away in a secluded valley deep in the North Mara Reserve.  The camp is perched on the banks of the Mara River and is reached by a rope bridge over the river or by boat.  Ngare Serian, is the sister camp to the neighbouring Serian Camp.  The adjacent area is filled with wildlife and is excellent for both day and night drives and guided walks.

Accommodation & Facilities
Ngare Serian has four spacious en-suite tents set on raised hard wood decks with views over the river, with four poster beds and sofas. The bathrooms are luxurious, with a shower, twin basins and a flush loo, and a sunken bath or an outside shower. The camp has a lovely mess tent with dining and sitting/reading space.  The intimate nature of the camp lends itself well to families or groups of friends wanting a private camp.

Wildlife & Activities
Activities on offer include day and night wildlife drives on Mara North with a private vehicle and guide, fishing, walking safaris on Serian’s 4,000 acre private concession, and hikes to the Nest tree-house. Guests can also eat and sleep under the stars at a nearby ‘fly camp’.
