Safarihoek Lodge

Safarihoek Lodge is on the private Etosha Heights Game Reserve, adjacent to Etosha National Park. The reserve extends to 60,000 hectares, and is situated on the southern boundary of Etosha, just over two hours west of Andersson’s Gate.

Accommodation & Facilities
Safarihoek Lodge has 11 air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathrooms, lounge spaces, and excellent views across the plains. The main lodge is in a large, thatched building and has a dining room, lounge, bar, and a big pool outside on the viewing deck. Meals are often served outside, and drinks can be enjoyed around the campfire.

Wildlife & Activities
Day and night drives, walking safaris, and bush picnics are on offer here. Etosha Heights has an excellent wildlife population, including lion, leopard, elephant, black rhino, cheetah, eland, giraffe, red hartebeest, zebra, springbok, gemsbok and kudu. Guests can make use of an excellent two-storey hide beside the waterhole during the quieter parts of the day and during the night.
