Serian’s Serengeti Mobile Kusini Camp

Serian’s Serengeti Mobile Kusini is a small tented camp which from mid-December until the beginning of May, sits on the edge of the short grass plains in the far south, nestled within woodland, where ancient wildebeest migration trails weave through camp.

Accommodation & Facilities
With just four meru style safari tents and one tented suite, Serian’s Serengeti Mobile Kusini Camp is a small camp, and an excellent option for a family or a group of friends to take exclusively. The tents have proper beds, a writing desk, 24 hour bedside lights, and an ensuite bathroom with a flush loo and a bucket shower, with a plentiful supply of ‘on request’ hot water. The camp has a cosy mess tent, featuring a lounge with sofas and a selection of books, and a communal dining table for shared meals.

Wildlife & Activities
Serian’s Serengeti Kusini Mobile Camp is perfectly placed for the Great Migration’s calving season, when nearly half a million wildebeest are born on the southern short grass plains. With the arrival of new life comes intense predator activity – lion, cheetah, hyaena, and wild dog make the most of the easy pickings. Guests here enjoy exclusive use of a private safari vehicle, accompanied by both a guide and expert tracker, allowing for highly flexible wildlife drives tailored to specific interests.
