Sharazad Boutique Hotel

Sharazad is a small boutique hotel on Bwejuu Beach, one of the prettiest beaches on Zanzibar. The hotel is set in lush tropical gardens and looks out over the Indian Ocean.

Accommodation and Facilities
Sharazad has three accommodation options: a villa, three double storey bungalows and a self-catering apartment. The six bedroom villa has three sea view, two garden view and one pool view bedrooms, a plunge pool and an ocean-facing garden which leads onto the beach. The villa can be taken privately, or you can opt to take a room on its own. The  double storey bungalows have four sea view rooms and two garden view rooms and access to the main swimming pool.

The self-catering apartment is located a few steps away from the beach on the top floor of a double storey house, and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and verandah. Guests in the apartment can access all hotel facilities. The main lodge has a lovely beach restaurant and bar, and a large fresh water swimming pool.

Experience and Activities
Zanzibar is known for its warm ocean and beautiful beaches, and Sharazad offers both. Guests can also explore Zanzibar’s island’s culture and history on a visit to Stone Town, take a tour of a spice farm, see the endemic colobus monkeys in Jozani forest, take a tour of Jambiani village, or head out on a boat excursion to swim with dolphins, snorkel on coral reefs and picnic on beautiful uninhabited sandbanks. A sunset dhow cruise is a fantastic way to end a day on Zanzibar.
